The dynamic Founder, Director, and Senior Finance Specialist at Penny, Morgan has been revolutionising finance broking since 2017. With years of experience, Morgan defies the status quo, turning “no” into “yes” for her clients. Specialising in residential, commercial, and development finance, she empowers others to build unique property portfolios. Known for her empathy and strategic thinking, Morgan is an award-winning broker who loves the gym, reality TV, and Pinot Noir. Her fearless motto: “I will win because I am not afraid to fail.”
Billy is an enthusiastic Lending Support Specialist with a strong background in finance support roles and has a standout work ethic. Known for his dedication and vibrant energy, he quickly became an integral part of the Penny team, supporting Principal Broker Morgan and helping keep the client experience smooth and stress-free. After moving from sunny Brisbane to Melbourne, Billy has brought his drive and fresh perspective to the Penny office. Outside of Penny, you’ll find him with his partner Ruby, out on the golf course, or playing VFL for the Sandringham Zebras. Billy believes in doing things differently – no pressure, no jargon, just a focus on making the journey as positive as possible.
Our energetic Loan Processor, Finn is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business to kickstart his career. As a state representative in hockey, Finn brings the same dedication and hard work to his role, always striving for excellence. A client and customer service whiz, Finn ensures each loan application get approved quickly and efficiently! With a passion for friends, family, and hockey, Finn’s infectious energy lights up the room. His motto? “I’m too young yet, haha.”
Personal Assistant to the stars, Marguerite made her mark in banking at 19 and has been slaying ever since. A “yes” woman with the skills to match, she keeps Morgan and the team on their toes, expertly organizing their every need. Beyond the office, Marguerite savours farm life with her partner and their new pup. Always on the lookout for a bargain, she lives by the mantra, “As long as there’s a discount, you’re saving money.”
An ex banker who’s jumped ship to mortgage broking. Jack was driven to do the right thing by people, so he needed access to more than one lender in order to find the best options for them. After a few years of working multiple jobs at a time, Jack and his partner have been lucky enough to buy 6 properties by the age of 24. Jack’s a big believer that mortgage broking will give him the ability to educate people about what’s really possible for them from a lending perspective, and make sure they get the same opportunities that he’s had.
Vasilios brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, and finance, combining professionalism with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals. With years of experience building relationships and leading teams, he is committed to making the lending process clear, straightforward, and stress-free for every client. Outside of work, Vasilios enjoys photography, following European football, keeping up with technology and financial markets, and exploring local markets with his fiancé, Briana. He values strong relationships, continuous learning, and bringing a positive attitude to everything he does. His approach is simple: build genuine relationships, provide honest guidance, and help clients move forward with confidence.
Ash is our Client Growth & Success Manager and low-key Penny royalty (yes, she’s Morgan’s cousin!). With a sharp eye on rates, valuations, and equity, Ash is the go-to for clients ready to make their next move. Known for her thoughtful care and killer memory, she brings strategy, heart, and fun to every interaction. Outside of work, you’ll find her shooting hoops, beating everyone at board games, and living by the motto: “A job worth doing is worth doing well.”
Mai keeps the Penny engine running behind the scenes, supporting our clients and brokers with document checks, follow-ups, and everything from valuations to repricing. With a calm, early-riser energy (yes, even 5 a.m. on weekends!), she thrives on quiet café moments, crafty creations, and thrillers that get the heart racing. Meticulous yet mellow, Mai’s motto is simple: “Choose your battles. I’ll fight for what truly matters—and let the rest go.”
With over a decade of experience in broking and financial coaching, Sarah is passionate about helping everyday Australians feel more confident and in control of their money. Having worked across residential and commercial lending, as well as leading one-on-one money coaching programs, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Penny team. A Certified Money Coach (CMC)®, Sarah combines her practical background with a warm, empathetic approach. Now based on the Gold Coast, she enjoys exploring the local lifestyle with her family. Sarah wholeheartedly believes, “You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to be curious enough to start learning.”
Jeremiah brings a wealth of customer service experience to his role as Settlement Officer, guiding deals smoothly from formal approval to settlement. With a background in both US and Australian mortgage markets, he’s known for his sharp attention to detail—and his mischievous sense of humour. Outside of work, you’ll find him cooking up a storm or out jogging. True to his motto, Jeremiah believes “every penny counts”—because the small things add up to something big.
With a strong background in retail leadership, Vasilios brings discipline, calm, and care to every interaction. A sport lover, diehard Collingwood supporter, F1 enthusiast, and crypto fan, he’s equally at home exploring Sunday markets with his partner Briana. For Vasilios, it’s simple: healthy mind, healthy life—and always room for a good laugh.
Kamila brings warmth, wisdom, and 15 years of cabin manager experience to her role. After five years in finance, she’s found her sweet spot—helping new homeowners and single parents secure their place in the world. Based bayside with her family and two dogs, Kamila loves beach walks, good books, gym sessions, and weekend getaways. Guided by the belief, “Don’t look back—you’re not going that way,” she brings calm confidence to every client journey.

Xena, our settlements whisperer, is here to make magic happen. Specializing in communication and coordination, Xena effortlessly takes the stress out of multi-party settlements. Joining Penny in early 2023, her impressive background as an analytical business adviser, project manager, and fit-out manager sets her apart. A passionate globe-trotter, Xena takes her work on the road to experience new cultures. Equally dedicated to fitness, she trains with a personal trainer three times a week, embodying balance and excellence in all she does.
Our dedicated Credit Analyst, George transitioned from Deloitte to seek a more fulfilling role. Starting as a Loan Processor, he’s shown the passion and care for Penny clients that has helped him continue kicking goals in his new role. Known for his commitment to the gym and nutrition, he consumes a whopping 160g of protein daily! Balancing work, his girlfriend, family, and new pup Ameli, George exemplifies dedication and balance. His motto: “Nothing good comes easy.”.
A passionate Mortgage Broker with nearly five years of expertise in residential, commercial, and SMSF lending, with a strong banking background, Imogen masterfully guides first-time homebuyers, investors, and affluent clients toward their property dreams. Imogen’s unwavering loyalty, hard work, and signature black attire make her a standout. When not working, she enjoys dining out and spending time with her dogs, Lenny and Basil.
